Sunny Isle Baptist Church is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the supply and installation of a backup generator system, 50–75 KW, for the church facility located at #2 Karaval, Melvin Evans Highway, Sunny Isle, Christiansted, VI 00823.

The project is intended to ensure reliable emergency power for church operations, worship services, events, and community activities during power outages.

A detailed scope of work and project specifications will be provided during the mandatory site evaluation visit.

Bid Requirements

Site Evaluation Visit: All bidders must visit the project site to assess the requirements and existing conditions. Site visits will be held from June 8–19, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

References: Bidders must provide three references from previous clients or organizations for similar projects completed.

Licensing: Contractors must hold a valid UEI license and ERP certification.

Bid Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. on July 3, 2026.
